Apprehension of death and difficulty of breathing.

Vertigo with nausea.

Headache with slight giddiness.

Face.

Heat of the face.

Perspiration of the face with the nausea.

Chilly feeling in the left cheek extending to the ear.

Mouth and Throat.

Flow of clammy saliva in the mouth (with nausea).

[10] Burning in the throat : dryness of the fauces, frequent spitting.

Tough mucus on the fauces, causing frequent hawking.

Dryness and prickling in the throat, not diminished by drinking.

Sensation of a lump in the pit of the throat, impeding deglutition.

Sensation in the oesophagus as if it contracted itself from below upwards.

Stomach and Abdomen.

[15] Frequent flatulent eructations with flow of water in the mouth.

Frequent gulping up of a burning, sour fluid.

Acidity in the stomach with contractive feeling in the pit of the stomach.

Incessant, violent nausea, with shivering and shaking of the upper part of the body.

Hiccough, with abundant flow of saliva in the mouth.

[20] Nausea, with profuse perspiration and copious vomiting.

Heartburn and running of water from the mouth.

Vomiting, with cold perspiration of the face.

Nausea and vomiting during, pregnancy, with profuse running of water from the mouth.

Feeling of weakness of the stomach or in the pit of the stomach, extending through the whole chest.

[25] Burning in the stomach.

Feeling of weight in the stomach.

Pain in the abdomen, worse after eating.

Stool and Anus.

Soft, whitish stool.

Discharge of black blood after stool.

[30] Copious haemorrhages from the haemorrhoidal vessels.

Urinary Organs.

Urine of a deep-red color, depositing a copious, red sediment.

Sticking pain in the region of the right kidney.

Sexual Organs.

Men. Smarting of the prepuce.

Sensation of weight in the genitals.

[35] Women. During menstruation violent pain in the sacrum.

Respiratory Organs.

Sensation of a foreign body in the throat, impeding the breathing and swallowing.

Tightness of the breast, with heat in the forehead.

Dyspnoea and asthma, with sensation as of a lump in the pit of the throat, immediately above the sternum.

Burning feeling in the chest, passing upwards.

Back.

[40] Rheumatic pain between the scapulae.

Extremities.

Upper. Rheumatic feeling in the right shoulder-joint.

Rheumatic pain in the right elbow-joint.

Lower. Inflammatory rheumatism in the right knee.

Fever.

Pulse weak and small.

[45] Intermittent fever. Thirst before the chill and through the whole fever ; often only before the chill, not during the chill, but again during the heat.

Drinking increases the violence of the shaking chill and the coldness.

At the end of the heat, perspiration with sleep.
